TITLE: Senior Paralegal
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies/Law. 3 years of experience as a Paralegal. Ability to speak, write and read Brazilian Portuguese fluently. Office administration experience required. Experienced with immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare a wide range of immigration documents, visa extension, family visa petitions, change of status, corporate law, and PERMS. Assist in the preparation, documentation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications. Draft correspondence to agencies and clients. Work closely with clients to gather and organize supporting data. Prepare forms and write support affidavits. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organization skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment. Office administration experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office, specially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
