TITLE: Senior Game Producer
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager/Production Manager or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Empower teams. Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across all departments. Responsible for the development and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling. Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals. Drive projects to completion by collaborating with team leadership. Motivate and support to your team to ensure that project goals, objectives, breakthroughs, and deliverables are achieved. Make informed decisions in conjunction with leads on work methods, development pipeline, priorities, and available people.
