TITLE: Art Outsource Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Technology, Multimedia or related field or foreign equivalency & 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Artist, 3D Character Artist or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for crafting briefs and managing planning documents to tweaking incoming assets to make them look as amazing as possible. Providing regular, timely and detailed feedback to our external partners to make sure their work is consistently on target. Act as an individual contributor, but also a role model, mentor, and champion for the entire art department. Actively seek out feedback from peers, Lead and Art Director. Ensure to collaborate to meet the expected and required quality bars.
