TITLE: Revit/CADD Detailer
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities include daily meetings to discuss items on the list. Assist other associate in completing assigned drawings to be completed. Review associates work prior to sending to coordinators, leads, and CADD/BIM management. Work closely with the lead of the project on 3D modeling, coordination of systems and detailing needs. Uses 3D design software for clash detection between various trades. Involve in all aspects of 3D modeling such as placing electrical equipment, lights, electrical fixtures and conduit modeling. Responsible for maintaining and meeting of all project schedules.
