TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management and Haute Cuisine and minimum 12 months of employment experience with food and beverage, restaurant or hospitality occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certified in Food and Beverage Management and Certified in Hospitality Management.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, and coordinate restaurant operations; review activity reports; direct and coordinate restaurant staff.
