TITLE: Product Manager, Digital Operations
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalency.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, or coordinate ideas for providing the best customer service for our players. Define business and functional requirements for Player Support initiatives. Formulate quality control policies by coordinating with Development, Testing and Production teams to handle sprint items in an Agile methodology. Interface with internal and external vendor users of our CRM platform. Provide input on future initiatives based on insights learned through reporting and hindsight analyses. Execute against project plans, milestones, and major deliverables etc. Develop and Evaluate support services and improve strategies in conjunction with Digital Operations team leaders. Facilitate communication upward and across departments regarding development and UAT status, justifications for variances and technical information in regard to design and implementation. Keep up to date with new service technology innovations by working with our supporting partners.
