TITLE: Sr. Specialist, HR Process Improvement
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Languages, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Specialist, Coordinator, Training Coordinator &/or Project Manager &/or Relationship Manager, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, and lead the effectiveness of our Integrated HR Operating Model by continuously improving the process, alignment and scalability. Responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of the employee workforce experience. Direct prioritized HR process improvement initiatives by evaluating current state and developing future vision. Design and implement process improvements. Direct collection/analysis, design, and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Facilitate process design workshops, translate requirements into design specifications, build test and implementation plans. Create comprehensive training/change management/communication and ongoing strategies. Develop Key Performance Indicators. Act as subject matter expert on HR processes.
