REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a Sr. Communications Specialist, PR & Content Manager, or in a related occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.

JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, or coordinate internal communications, external communications, and PR. Oversee global communications strategy including concepting, managing, and executing all external and internal communications projects and campaigns. Develop corporate narrative and external positioning. Own thought leadership program including speaking opportunities and executive bylines. Develop earned media relations strategy. Oversee content strategy for social media platforms, website and whitepapers. Lead internal communications strategy including all hands / town halls, newsletters, memos and employee awards. Provide members of the Executive Leadership Team with guidance and support for issues surrounding media, corporate and crisis communications, as well as internal communications.

TITLE: Marketing Specialist

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (foreign degree equivalent accepted), and 1 year of experience as Marketing Specialist required.

JOB DUTIES: Work with the owner of the dental practice to develop and execute marketing plans that ensure excellent patient care and support services. Responsible for implementing advanced marketing principles and procedures such as branding and online reputation management. In charge of maintaining and updating the practice’s website by adding all specials, events, and newsletters. Understand the market dynamics and business operations and plan promotional programs to expand business and attract new patients Oversee daily marketing activities and perform all aspects of social media marketing including community development, monitoring, and management. Track Google and social media reviews to analyze patient satisfaction and then provide recommendations for adjustments in strategy in order to meet performance standards. Gather and analyze data, and generate reports to the management to assess the effectiveness of the promotion’s programs, advertising strategies, marketing, and communications plans. Partner with the practice owner and the team to develop and maintain relationships with relevant business partners and organizations in the community as an advocate of the practice. Coordinates the company’s local sponsored events, and office events. Stay current on HIPAA regulations that may have an impact on the company’s marketing campaign and patients’ privacy.
